No permanent adhesive. More like duct tape.
Instructions followed. Tried to fix a pair of reading glasses where the top edge cracked and the lens fell out. Sanded on both sides for gluing. Glue was applied and additionally cured with black light for 40 seconds. The glue broke as soon as I put the glasses on my face. Very disappointed! Next time I will use apoxy glue.
