Fits the monitor perfectly and adheres well to the surface. Routing the cables was easy. I would have liked the bracket to be separated and then attached through the grommet under the table, but I ended up just using this back plate and just attaching it to the back of the table with a couple of washers and screws instead of using it a clamp. Part but other reviews have mentioned that it can separate and fit in the sleeve style but it can't. I have seen others who could do the sleeve style but I really liked the silver color of this one and the price was good if I just had to customize it it was fine and everything worked great! You could cut off the side holding the clip and then pull out the screw and thread through with washers, but I didn't feel like doing that.
