I like that they are constantly working towards new ways of doing things in order to provide better service for our customers.
They have really worked hard at improving their customer experience by implementing systems such as CRMs (Customer Relationship Management) which is very helpful to us! The only thing about them we dislike would be if there were more employees so everyone could work from home or other offices rather than having office space dedicated just to computer maintenance services. We realized how much time was wasted going between different buildings each day instead of staying closer together. This helps with efficiency because all staff members can now stay close since they do not have to travel back and forth across town every single morning before heading into an important meeting/meeting.
