I love soap and smell. But the packaging is strange. Like others before me, I had two hex C-pillars and then two separate ones. If you look at the picture, the bars say "not for retail sale". I guess since I got my 14s they weren't "individual" anymore, but I figured it would take a LONG time to resolve. So yes, someone had to open someone else's package to give me the extra two.
