As someone who spends a lot of time in front of a screen I was recommended these glasses to help alleviate eye strain and headaches. As a result of using this product, I found that my eyes feel less fatigued and I dont need to take as many breaks throughout the day. The glasses are lightweight and comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. The only downside is that they may not be fashionable enough for some. However, I prioritize my health and household and would recommend these to anyone who spends a lot of time on their computer. .
