It's impossible to count the berries I've spoiled in the past instead of peeling them. Not wanting to lose the berries by cutting off the stem end, I waited until I had enough energy to cut them off cleanly. Other peeling tools were not very effective. Stem Gem is sharp and easy to use. Press the button to open the claws. Place a berry around the skin and release the button to close, twist once and pull out the stem. They have a perfectly clear indentation in the berry and an easy-to-remove stalk in their claws. Release and repeat until they are all removed.
