Not bad, you get what you pay for.
Pros: Super easy install. Not the same size as oem but fits and works.Cons: the variable control is nothing like oem. It's barely blows until you get 3/4 of the way up the blower settings. It's almost like it has high,med,and low at the last 3 clicks on the end of the dial and anything less than that, the air doesn't really make it out of the vents.All in all it works and that's all it needs to do so for $25 not a bad deal.
