Dishwashing ruins
Terrible product. I don't normally write reviews but I am very disappointed and want to stop you from ruining your glassware. Used once and now half our cups and cutlery are essentially "frozen". I tried hand washing, washed twice in the dishwasher with cascade and can't get rid of the stubborn dirt. It ruined half of our cups, cutlery and crockery! I will replace them. I'm for safer products, but they have to work and not damage dishes. Do not buy!
