The male model used to present this belt must not be taller than 1.50 m. The shoulder strap NEVER goes behind the back, over the shoulder, down and back through metal rings with as much overlap as shown in the picture. I'm 5ft 9" and have to use the thumb loop as an extension of the shoulder strap for the sling to fit - barely. And I'm sure it won't stand up to a lot of uses as the thumb loop is just over 1/4 inch wide. I just wanted this sling to be used in the shower for a few minutes each day. Don't buy if you don't have an extra velcro strap to increase the length of the belt, or if you're at least shorter.
