The user interface is easy for anyone who has used other platforms in this space - it's nothing new but makes sense once you get into using it. I have been able to use their platform from my home office without having any help or support needed! There are definitely things that can be improved upon with regards to speed of response (we're talking days here) as well as being more proactive about our needs/inquiries rather than just responding when we need answers back fairly quickly like they do now sometimes. We've found them very helpful throughout all aspects of solving problems related to managing press releases going out via email marketing campaigns etc.- especially during COVID-19 which was challenging due to everyone needing updates at different times so trying not too overload people while still getting important information across fast enough!
