All of our applicants are stored within one system that we can easily access from any device or location. The ability for us to see what jobs candidates have applied for is very helpful when deciding who will be hired. We also love being able to make changes without having to contact anyone at the applicant's end. There isn't anything I dislike about this software. It has been easy to use since implementing it into our organization. It does require some training but once you get used to how everything works, it becomes easier. This is great because now all resumes are kept in one place so there is no need to store them separately. Now if someone leaves the company they don't lose their resume. Also, it allows us to search by skillset rather than position title as well as other attributes like education level etc.
