I have ordered this item (2 pieces included with Velcro on the back). Very happy with the patches! The color has no fading. Durable, easy-to-read stitching. size just right. My dog is not a service dog but she is very fearful/anxious of strangers. We've worked with him with trainers in the public eye and that seems to be helping. Text is literally what we say to new people who come to our house (they saw an episode of Caesar 911 where they did it and implemented it themselves), and to him it matters a lot. He's much better at making new friends when he can approach them on his own terms (and often with a toy!). Service dog or not, no one should NEVER approach and accost an unfamiliar dog without permission. If the patch doesn't stop them, I will. I'm just glad that I'm being talked about publicly now.
