I have used both Letratag from dymo and P-touch from.
I used Dymo's Letratag and Brother's P-touch. Letratag is more economical because the label tape is cheaper and when printing, the gap at each end is much shorter than Brother, which should save you more ribbon. I find the Letratag font to be more solid (personal preference). If you're picky about clarity, go with your brother. Brother clear tape is shinier and more translucent, while Letratag clear tape is slightly translucent. It has a white tone and the texture is rather matte.
