I still LOVE the shredder! I shredded 75 pages in minutes. You just insert paper and away you go! I had no issues and was so happy with how quiet it is! Very important as I sometimes tear up paper late at night and don't want to disturb the neighbors. It's really quiet and has made my life 1000% easier! Update: I sometimes have problems with role engagement. The troubleshooting guide says to clean the rollers of dirt. I still love it even though it's hard to get the papers to catch at times. It still makes my life a lot easier. Last night I was able to pick up a stack and go to bed feeling like I would do something in my assignments and deadlines to get rid of the paperwork. If after hours of working with a small paper shredder (which gets stuck and overheating) I sometimes have to spend a little time trying to persuade it, it still saves me hours of tedious work.
