I ordered this for my elderly father. He loved it at first – so my brother threw the boxes away… A couple days later he called me and said that it was too hard on his butt to sit for very long. He’s used to a very cushy seat on his old broken down chair. But for anybody who is elderly, comfort is the most important thing. Unfortunately, revain doesn’t take care of this return so I would’ve had to send it back to the manufacturer which I’m guessing would have cost quite a bit of money so, unfortunately we have to keep it and we are now looking for a cushion to place on top of the chair. It’s really too bad because except for that I think my dad really likes it.
