Customer service sent a replacement bulb which fixed the overheating issue. Great option. The projector has EXCELLENT picture and EXCELLENT quality. The size is GREAT. Unfortunately for my first presentation, I'm a professional speaker, after about an hour of use it completely shut down. Not only did this cause a problem, it also cost me $200 as I had to use the hotel's backup projector and the hotel fee is outrageously high. I called tech support, they helped, but they just asked me to wait for the lamp to cool down and try again. I can do this when using it for recreation and not as a professional speaker! They want me to try again. It will work, but I don't see why things should be any different. Can I trust this projector now? I do not think so.
