Works very well. He doesn't poop every day, he poops every other day, and the consistency is getting softer and softer, so there's practically no tension for him. Not only is this important because we're potty training and I don't want him to be constipated and scared to push, but in general it's good for our kids to walk more. He takes 3 gummy bears a day and that seems to be enough for him. Of course we have also increased our water consumption. The vitamins are a bit chewy, but not that bad. My son is almost 3 years old.
