Review on Furinno 12095GYW Multipurpose Computer Writing Furniture and Home Office Furniture by Aaron Jimison

This company does not provide a replacement warranty as stated in the product description! I contacted them via email and provided all requested data fields as well as photos of the damage on one of the items I received. They replied that due to COVID it is currently taking a long time to process and I can request a refund through Revain if I am not satisfied with the product received! I understand that COVID is very late, but they claim that they replace defective parts and ask customers to return all goods, this is wrong! I tried contacting Revain to report this seller but was struggling to find this information so I was keen to warn others. The table wasn't easy to assemble either, we had to make at least half a dozen of our own holes to assemble it properly. as they did not match the pre-drilled holes. It generally works, but don't build it if it's damaged in even one part, just return it because they won't fix it.
