Bought for my daughter's cute 16th birthday party for her friends to sign. The cutout for the hearts was too small, so I had to find a way to file the inside of the cutout to fit the hearts. It scratched the top of the frame. My plan was to put a photo of her friends at the party in the top of the frame, but the BACK DOES NOT OPEN. It is impossible to get hearts once dropped. A NOTICE. It stinks because some of her friends wrote "inappropriate notes" on the hearts for fun, but I can't turn them in because I can't get to them. This takes away from the sweetness and intent of the gift. SO messed up.
