Review on Surviveware 200 Count Compressed Wipes, Compact Towels, Toilet Paper Tablets by Ashley Belehar

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A staple of my travel gear.

Just got back from a hike in the Sierra Nevada where Leave No Trace is active. I was also pumping 35 pounds wet so I had to make sure I was limiting the weight but maximizing comfort. A few points for you: 1) They are very compact and very light. Because they are basically small pens, they don't take up space and fit into tiny spaces. Put them in a ziplock plastic bag and you're good to go. 2) The material is very durable and elastic, soft and absorbent. 3) The handy little tubes that come with the package are great for slipping about 10 in your pocket when needed. Hop into the woods for a little maintenance or when you need to cook and work in a remote area. 4) It takes a few drops to take apart and open, but I've often used a palm full of water to use a "wet" towel. You can make a few drops but I found a little more was better. 5) Not perfumed at all, not soapy, very clean. You can easily add soap and clean when needed. It was even comfortable to "swim" 6) Biodegradable. Oh my god I can't even describe how cool this is. omit details. Highly recommend for your kit. I gave them to my fellow hikers and they loved them. Compared to a pack of pre-moistened wipes, they are much more compact and lighter. The only feature not included is that it doesn't lather, but that makes them more flexible in my opinion. All I needed was a few drops of olive oil to use as a soap towel.

Pros
  • BUZZFEED'S PET Buzzfeed's creation of "product listings for people who like instant gratification" clearly means many thought it was love at first sight. Our wet wipes set ourselves apart from the competition, so seal the deal by clicking 'Add to Cart'.
Cons
  • boring packaging
