I have Smile Direct aligners and my aligners fit perfectly in this case. The Smile Direct case included with the mouthguard has a fold-out mirror and a rubberized pad inside. This is the only difference. This case has the same purple color as the Smile Direct and the same hard plastic. There are some thin rubber lines inside which are great for keeping the aligners from moving too much inside. I think you could put a mirror on the back or inside and have a very affordable fake case! I am very happy with the purchase of these two cases. I now have one in every bathroom so I can easily remove my aligners at any time and keep them safe. I am new to using aligners and would highly recommend Revain's Pul Tools for these cases!
