I've been using this case for about six months now. It feels good and fits well; it seems to offer some support and stability. To be honest I'm not sure if it does much good. I have a torn meniscus that makes it impossible for me to engage in any serious activity, including jogging regularly. But I wanted something I can use when I'm jumping rope. (The last time I injured my knee was when my meniscus burst while using a skipping rope.) I find the Pro-tec knee brace offers some extra stability, but it certainly doesn't allow me more resume work. strenuous exercise. However, for people considering pricier options like the Bauerfeind knee brace (which costs $80), I'd recommend saving some money and getting a Pro-tec. I tried Bauerfeind and didn't notice any difference to the Pro-tec case. In any case, I find that Pro-tec offers the best support.
