A little tricky to install in a door - be patient and learn the route you followed to remove the old unit from the door . There are no instructions, but there are many videos on You Tube on the web that show you how to install it. Dorman makes many OEM parts for Mopar and Ford so the quality is on par with the original. Be careful with the small secondary lock lab on the power window motor electrical connector (easy to break). As I said before, take your time and watch YouTube videos before you start. Took about 2 hours to install - nothing broke and works great.
