I agree with others who gave this product 5 stars. I tried another enzymatic cleaner called Nature's Wonder, Urine Destroyer. It did a pretty good job getting rid of 80% of the urine smell. But it left a perfume smell on everything I put on. Then I started associating this perfume smell with the smell of urine because 20% of the smell of urine remained. This "natural pet stain and odor remover" really helps. I can't smell the urine after using it. A real bonus is the added herbal scent effect of the product, which wears off fairly quickly. After drying, a light fresh smell remains. I haven't had a chance to try faeces yet and I hope I never have to try. ;-) I mainly use this product to clean my newly acquired dog's tummy/diaper when he has an accident. I am very happy. 04/25/2017 I love this product so this is my second order. But it seems he was held up for unknown reasons. No problem as I still have many more from my first purchase. I look forward to my second order soon!
