I usually buy Panasonic headsets but the Wantek reviews were much better so I took a chance and ordered them. I'm happy with what I've done. The 2.5mm plug works great with my old Panasonic phones. The headphones are very comfortable no matter how long I'm on the phone (and who doesn't work from home these days?), the headset is easy to set up, as is the microphone, and all the components are well made. . I didn't have to test the mute or noise-cancelling features, but I'll update this review if/if I do.
