I really like this headset. I had one in my kitchen but while my husband was working from home he was stretched out because of his broad head. So I bought a new one especially for myself. My 2 dislikes for this device are: 1. I wish the headband was tighter and 2. I don't like the fact that both ears are covered.

My wife has hearing aids and is having problems with our landline phone. With this binaural headset, she could hear conversations and the other person hear her clearly. They fit comfortably over their hearing aids and work well with our Panasonic phone.

I have been using Plantronics headsets for over 20 years. They've really made their product cheaper over the last few years and now people are telling me that the sound quality is poor - hiss, hum etc, even though the old model works fine. So I tried this brand Wantek. It works great with my home phone, definitely a happy customer and finally found a replacement from Plantronics.

I was looking for headphones compatible phones. My neck hurts and I can't talk on the phone for a long time because it's causing me a lot of pain. This headset allows me to talk on the phone freely and do other things at the same time without causing pain. My conversations are crystal clear. The person on the other line has no idea I'm wearing headphones. Thank you for giving me my freedom back.

I bought these for my new job at home because the other headset I had was an ear and people couldn't hear me well. I ended up ordering a headset with the wrong plug for my phone but received an adapter for a 2.5mm plug and what a difference! This headset fits my head better, the headphones cover my ears well and, importantly for us eyeglass wearers, they don't jam my head behind my ears. The audio is crisp and clear, and no one asks me to repeat myself.

I usually buy Panasonic headsets but the Wantek reviews were much better so I took a chance and ordered them. I'm happy with what I've done. The 2.5mm plug works great with my old Panasonic phones. The headphones are very comfortable no matter how long I'm on the phone (and who doesn't work from home these days?), the headset is easy to set up, as is the microphone, and all the components are well made. . This is a great little headset for the money. It has all the features I was looking for, a 2.5mm jack for my landline and old cell phone. sits comfortably on the head and covers both ears. the ability to adjust the volume and mute the line. The cord is the perfect length, long enough to put your phone in your back pocket and walk around while talking without snagging or pulling the headset off your head.
