If you are mechanically inclined to remove the door panel without damaging anything, you can easily repair it yourself. I suggest getting some door panel clips as removing the door panel will break some of the clips. the original ones become brittle and break. and it's a lot easier to use the new clips than trying to salvage the old ones.
