Weak magnets for pencil holders
I was really excited about this item but when I put it on the board it immediately slipped and two of the magnets fell off. Luckily I have a hot glue gun at work. Even if all the magnets are included and there are no markings in the tray, the magnets are NOT strong enough to hold the tray. I ended up attaching a magnetic strip to the back of the tray and to the board to hold it on the board. Once installed, the tray will not move.
