Review on PathMaker Group LP by Jessie Ritchie

The support that we got from them was amazing, they were willing to listen at every step of our implementation journey with us - no matter how small it seemed! Their knowledge in this area is unmatched by anyone else I have come across so far (we are still looking). Nothing really about PMG itself but their team members who helped during my engagements here which include both product implementations as well technical integrations/migrations etc., They made sure everything went smoothly along all aspects including business side requirements & budgeting aspect too!! The support has been exceptional, always responding to my requests promptly and with excellent service quality. I have used other products from this vendor in the past which were substandard or simply do not work as advertised, but they've had nothing remotely similar happen here. They are committed to providing high quality product to their customers. We use Pathmaker's software primarily for monitoring our servers and application logs.
