The speakerphone didn't work

It was only when I received it that I realized I had bought a 'Certified Refurbished' device. I don't know who did the repairs, but they didn't test the hands-free function. I've tried this several times with different callers and all I hear is a grating noise. So my advice is don't trust a "certified refurbished" phone because you can't trust it. Oh, and the support team completely ignored my complaint.
