Review on 🎨 Mont Marte Premium Metallic Acrylic Paint Set - 36 Colors, 36ml Tubes - Ideal for Canvas, Card, Paper, and Wood Surfaces by Kristen Reid

I've been working with acrylic a lot lately. I have several sets that I work with to find my favorites. This metal set is a great addition to my already growing collection of regular acrylic paints. WHAT IS THIS SET FOR? This set contains an excellent range of colours. Most colors have a shimmer, just like the color itself. Some of them have slightly different colors that add depth to the color. TUBES You get quite a bit of paint in a tube. They shine through the plastic so you can see exactly what the color looks like BEFORE you use it. COVERAGE These colors are not very viscous. This means they're easy to apply in thin layers without clumping or irritating. You can also mix them with other colors and get a pretty nice blend. MIXING (SEE MY PHOTO FOR EXPLANATION) I mixed bronze/gold paint with black to create the center of the lettering on the welcome sign I posted in this review. The roof of both houses was painted with metallic paint along with regular acrylic paints for contrast and texture. If you look through the windows of the welcome sign, you'll see two gold and bronze metallic paint finishes glowing inside. GLAZING also used metallic pink as the icing over the center of the heart and doors in the welcome badge. I've also used metallic blue on a house for icing and aqua metallic for icing on a greenish blue house. It's hard to see in my photo because the light doesn't quite fall. DRYING They don't take that long to dry, but you do have some time to work with them if you act quickly. When used as a linen, they dry fairly quickly. Adding filler or glaze will increase the time a bit but will weaken the color. CONCLUSION This color set is great. This is a great way to add texture and depth to acrylic paintings. I use them a lot and they really bring pictures to life. MY RATING IS FIVE STARS. i love these colors They blend so well and glaze beautifully.
