I like that this software allows me to see my patient's status for their appointment, which is very helpful in seeing where they are at with their appointments as well as tracking all information related to an appointment or procedure. It also gives me a good idea of what time slot each visit is scheduled during the day. This helps when scheduling appointments. Sometimes it gets confusing when looking up multiple patients due to different last names but I think this problem could be solved by changing the way information is stored. Overall, I do not have any complaints about this program; however, if there is anything i dislike, I would say the layout of the calendar view needs to be changed. Make sure to look into all features available before hiring this service provider. The ability to track progress of patient visits has been beneficial and helped us understand more fully when we need to reschedule appointments.
