Review on 📸 Profoto RFi Octa Softbox Set of 4 by Justin Guldin

Beware of bad service from Profoto. I've had this unit for almost 3 months and 2 rods have lost the metal end blocks (color coded) for this Octa. Profoto will not replace the item, they require the entire unit to be sent to their facility. They will charge $65 to replace the entire rod set. Bad service and I bought 3 units of B1 along with modifiers. I've been in the industry for many years now and this is the first case of really bad customer service. I wonder how other issues are handled if they ever require service. Other companies send out a new article on such a small topic. not profoto. I can't believe they will treat their customers like this and stop buying Profoto gear.
