poor quality

they broke very easily when trying to open the latch. very bad quality. not at all what I have experienced from Darice products in the past. I was very happy to find them and ordered a few as no store near me had sold them for quite some time. they arrived quickly and well packaged. However, I have never seen an earring with a lock that was almost impossible to open. many of the bolts broke off before they were put on. I managed to save less than half of those ordered for use. Terrible.

Not sure what is up with these but they don't open. The wire doesn't pop out of the earring.
