Image quality is normal. The buttons on either side do nothing. You focus by turning a dial on the side that extends and retracts the lens. Zoom is when you zoom in or out on the camera and adjust the focus. There's a dial on the cord for adjusting the brightness, which only decreases until it turns off completely. Worked with both phones I tried (Galaxy S10+ and Galaxy A71) but not so well with my computer. Sometimes it works, but more often there is an error message. My computer doesn't have a floppy drive, so the installation disk was useless. The USB-C adapter is too big to fit in any phone case, so you have to take your phone out of the case to put it in your phone. The stand is a joke and doesn't hold the scope straight up and down without tipping over or breaking when tampered with. So I used it while looking at my phone while trying to hold the scope with my other hand and my Galaxy S10 slipped out. without a protective cover and smashed the screen. Now this phone is broken and I had to buy a new phone. Buyer Warning.
