The fact that we have been able to see an improvement in our system since we started working with them. They are very knowledgeable and always there when you need them. It's hard to find someone who is willing to help you out as much as they do. I don't think there is anything I would say I dislike about them. We were having issues with our security cameras and our network. We had lost access to all of our cameras and the network was not allowing us to login. MTG helped us get everything back up and running again.
