This monitor seems only suitable for movies and TV, not regular computers.

We bought three of these and they all behaved the same so it's not a defect. We called Asus tech support, they were great, but they couldn't fix the problem. The monitor appears to use chroma subsampling, which is fine for movies and TV, but mixes the normal Mac and PC pixels together so it's very difficult to see.
