My 2 month old was suffering from ulcerative dermatitis and diaper rash so regular baby wipes and water wipes were a big problem. I tried it and my baby's butt got a lot better. The currently best cotton pads. Too bad they came in a bigger box than the 360. They're even great as extra padding in a diaper, absorbing everything!
