It does work, let me start there.My issue with the product has been that the brackets (let’s call them that) get stuck in my hair when I’m trying to slide it up/down when wearing or taking it off. There’s a review on here that says "not for persons of color/those with coarse hair unless your hair is in a bun or ponytail”. As a black woman that’s been wearing her braids in a bun and still experiencing an issue, I would have to agree with that person. To keep it from hooking my hair, I would take my mask’s straps from around my ears and slide it down to my neck, which I’m sure is probably not the most effective way of wearing one.The company does not accept returns — I’m not sure if that’s stated somewhere on their page prior to purchasing, so heads up.I ended up purchasing a similar product but is made of silicon, instead of plastic, with a design of raised "knobs”, instead of hooks like this one.
