Easy user interface, really great insights at the click of a button! I love being able to see how many visitors are actually reading my articles as opposed to just skimming them by looking for key words in titles or first sentences (sometimes people skip over article summaries completely). Great product especially when it comes down to creating meaningful customer experiences through good analytics - having this knowledge will help ensure future success. Sometimes there can be lag time if you ask too much from their servers; we had issues loading pages multiple times each day so they should get better about caching static content instead of serving everything fresh every page request which slows things wayyyy down. We've noticed some pretty interesting trends recently around our blog traffic, but also found out that engagement has fallen off a cliff since last year because a bunch of sites made us feel like bots were browsing our site alllll summer long :) Also, more than half of total referrals coming into our site come from social media channels as well as referral links within other websites via search engine results. So I like how easy it was to use, even for someone who isn't technically savvy! It didn’t take long at all before we were able see what our visitors are seeing/reading when they come through my website in search results or directly from social media platforms such as Facebook & Twitter - which allows us (and others)to make informed decisions about where best spend time marketing efforts across different channels within one platform without having multiple tools / apps open simultaneously etc.
