The support staff are very helpful and friendly and have been very responsive to my questions. They seem to be able to find solutions when most other companies just want to run their fingers along a wall looking for something stuck there. I do not think you can use it as a stand alone product. You must integrate with some 3rd party system, or else you will have limited functionality. The reporting function does not compare in terms of ease of access compared to another vendor's product. We were looking at different third-party products but found that we could not easily get all the information that we needed and were required to pay additional fees for certain features. The best feature of coraX for me was to be able identify potential risks, as well as manage them effectively through reporting capabilities - this made it possible by making my job easier! I found nothing negative during our work together so far; would definitely recommend working closely within their team (if you are looking at doing business). We were solving problems we had experienced ourselves when dealing directly or indirectly wth third party providers such us insurance companies etc.;.
