The capabilities of this product are great, it has all you need to do business effectively. It also offers an excellent customer support team which makes things easier for customers who have questions or concerns about their products. The support staff are very helpful and friendly and have been very responsive to my questions. They seem to be able to find solutions when most other companies just want to run their fingers along a wall looking for something stuck there. I do not think you can use it as a stand alone product. You must integrate with some 3rd party system, or else you will have limited functionality. The reporting function does not compare in terms of ease of access compared to another vendor's product. We…
