I buy gloves, scarves, hats etc. monthly from October to March. Yes, California nights are cold. Often in the 30s. I give them to homeless people. These weren't my favorites as they are a bit thinner than others I've used. But it will do the trick as I also hand out hot hand warmers. No complaints so far just thanks, I think I'll go back to my usual choice. In other, colder parts of the country, this would not be enough.
