Review on 🎧 True Wireless Bluetooth Secure Fit Earbuds for Enhanced Audio Experience by Ryan Cross

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Good for the price, a few issues

Initial Review 10/10/2020 I was drawn to these headphones for the promise of a 'secure fit' with an over-ear clip. I've tried many Bluetooth headphones that just won't stay in my ears, even fairly expensive headphones. I'm happy to report that the mounts/hooks work for me and stay in my ears. Due to the closure and the design, they are quite large compared to modern headphones. Pairing was as easy as with any other Bluetooth device. Press both power buttons until they flash red/blue, then find them (BB-BT-EP) to pair them. Big plus: I can control the volume through the headphones. Too many headphones of all types don't have a volume control, which I think negates the advantage of Bluetooth when you have to take your phone out of your pocket to change the volume. Nice feature. Big minus: a special charging cable. I have many microUSB cables, but at the moment there is only one specific cable that fits these headphones. That means I have to carry the power cord. If I lose him, I'm done. I would have liked a microUSB port to charge the headphones. One star for the dedicated power cord. The Revain page shows two power cords. The product I received has a cable that is split so both earbuds are powered by the same cable. Sound: I have to keep in mind that these headphones cost $39.99. The highs and mids are crisp and clear, but there's really no base. I'm deducting a star for the lack of a base. Pros: They fit my ears well and stay in place. You can adjust the volume on both the left and right earbuds. Mids and highs are clear and crisp. Cons: The battery can be charged if left connected as instructed. - Long press for volume should be short press. It's too easy to skip songs when I just want to change the volume. - The power cords don't have the usual microUSB connectors. - These headphones are great. Necessary. If you don't like wires, this is an inexpensive alternative. If you don't mind cables you can find wired headphones for half the price, they sound better and don't need to be charged!
