First, I can't describe the frustration of seeing a new glass panel with cheap paper warning stickers that are IMPOSSIBLE to remove without harsh solvents or scratching the glass. after a very long attempt of 2 hours to remove the glue and paper from the warning stickers with a simple green paint and vindex, i scratched the glass. with the included cleaning cloth. If only they used a better quality decal it wouldn't be a problem. Second, there was NOT A SINGLE electrical connector in the kit. Seriously, for 0.30 cents, can't they add some cable connectors and junction boxes? Second, is the fastener used to attach the oven to the counter a cheap, simple piece of metal that (according to the instructions) is SOLD SEPARATELY? This portion must not be more than $1. And for $1600 maybe I could get a small supply of duct tape for the plumbing work to be done? I wasn't really expecting duct tape, but the fact that all the mounting hardware was missing made me make a special trip to the hardware store to see how cheap they are, to save maybe $3-4 on such an expensive item . , very frustrating. I now have a new stove with glass scrapers because they wanted to save 0.00005 cents on a plaque.
