The support team at ito is very knowledgeable about our products. They are always available to answer any questions we have. We love how fast they respond to emails. Sometimes we receive an email back within minutes but other times it takes them days or weeks to get back to us. It would be great if they could make it faster for us to get answers! I don't like that sometimes it takes so long to get a response from them. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy company, look no further than ito. They have been an amazing vendor for our organization.
