Good thermometer for thermometer and timer

Bought 2 of these. One is installed in a small hole in the wall of my RV to tell me the outside temperature, another is installed on my generator motor to tell me if it's overheating. Both work very well. The ability to read over 500 degrees is very useful for monitoring engine cylinder temperatures under heavy loads.
