Not easy to use. BCL doesn't have their driver on their website when I tried to download it from their website. If you search google you will find a manual that says you need to install the zebra driver to use the device. Compared to the Zebra ZP 450, the BCL doesn't have 300 dpi quality in my opinion. Incredible label printer I use this printer to print shipping labels. I sell a lot of stuff online and I love this printer. Setup is easy and printing is fast. It's much easier and more economical than printing labels on my regular printer. No ink and labels are cheaper. So far I haven't had to contact tech support, so I can't judge that. Setting up a printer for my Etsy shop. It's easy to use. It took me about an hour to load the driver correctly. Downloaded and installed twice. The second round worked. Makes ordering on Etsy much easier and saves time. The manual and driver are available online and the FAQ page helped with some questions. In general, I'm very happy with the cost.
