I have successfully installed this printer on a Windows PC with USB and Ethernet. Although the printouts didn't compare to the labels on the packages Revain received, they did the job. Two months after trying to set up a printer on Linux using CUPS. I ran the installer script and driver provided on their website. The resulting prints had jagged blank lines. I also tried the Zebra ZPL Universal Driver, which didn't produce better print quality. The firmware version was V10.03.05. They had firmware V10.03.06 posted on their website. Updated the firmware hoping that would fix the problem. I was wrong. After a firmware update, Linux will print in a half-shaded block, with no text or anything resembling the desired label to print. I contacted support via email but no response. Their website has a chat, which is a chat with a bot that connects you to pages on their website. When you click Chat with an agent, you get stuck in an endless loop trying to figure out what your problem is.
