Pros: 300 dpi is great. Cons: only prints 4x6. If you try to print a different size (see image) it will fail. I've been talking to tech support for a week. There is no solution yet. So buy roller blind, at least it prints any size you want.

I love that it comes with extras like label paper and a holder (other brands sell these separately). Pretty easy to set up. Labels are printed quickly and efficiently. This is my very first thermal printer that I have bought for my small business as we need to print a lot of shipping labels. When I installed the printer I figured it wouldn't take thermal paper rolls because there wasn't room in the printer for them. I almost returned it until I checked the product detail page and saw that it has an external compartment to put your rolls of paper in. After installation, the printer works fine on my Mac. I gave this printer to my friend for Christmas and it only came with a European power supply. I didn't see it anywhere in the description. If I had known that, I would have ordered the adapter sooner. I may increase my rating once the adapter arrives and we can actually use the printer, but until then I'm very disappointed.
